Our assistance from the very outset will aid with viability studies, programming, compilation of the design team, chairing design team meetings until detailed design is completed. Our further involvement will assist with advice on procurement and form of contract, preparation of the tender documents, overseeing the tender process and finally execution of the final contract and management through the contract period until practical completion is achieved and the defect period has ended.

At Wellington King we project manage the development process having due regard to the client’s requirements and expectations, ensuring that we fully understand their needs and requirements for the project. We ascertain a clear definition of the objectives of the client; lead the design and construction process to procure the completed project to accord with the client’s budget, programme and quality. We also use our experience in construction to identify and manage risk throughout the pre-construction and construction phase.
