Management (CDM) Regulations 2015

The CDM Regulations 2015.

The CDM Regulations were first introduced in 1994 and were put in place to assist in the management of health and safety of construction, though there have been various revisions to the regulations over the years. The latest update came in 2015 and clearly sets out the responsibilities and duties of each of the parties involved with this latest revision putting a lot more emphasis and responsibility on the designers to ensure they have considered how schemes can be safely constructed and maintained.

The CDM Regulations 2015 apply to all forms of construction project be it big or small irrespective of whether a project is considered notifiable under the regulations.
